Personal Training - My Method
My method combines nutrition, Pilates and weight training. Based on your initial consultation, your lifestyle and your goals. We will follow your personal program, evolving along the way as your body starts to change.
Together, we will use Pilates mat or reformer to correct any body alignment issues and we will use weights to build lean muscle. This combination is perfect for good body alignment and strength. It works both the small and the large muscle groups giving you the best overall result. Alongside my nutrition coaching, which is fundamental to your success, I will guide you to your goal.
I recommend a minimum 12 week program, two sessions every week with a commitment to realistic nutrition choices to achieve your goals.
